How Are We Preventing Parcel Theft?

Our boxes utilise false-door technology, with the bottom section consisting of flaps, ensuring items can fall through but not be lifted out of the secure compartment. The false bottom is activated when the handle on the front of your Brizebox is turned, causing the flaps to be drawn up, allowing the drawer containing your parcels to open.

The courier will place the package into the drawer of the Brizebox when delivering to your address, and when closed, the flaps automatically release, enabling the package to drop through into a separate weatherproof compartment below. Once your parcel is situated within this secure compartment, it is virtually impossible for any passers-by to gain access to and steal your parcels.
