• Normal wear and tear, including cosmetic damage (e.g., scratches, dents, or fading).
• Damage caused by misuse, neglect, improper installation, or unauthorised modifications.
• Damage resulting from exposure to extreme weather conditions, accidents, or vandalism.
• Incidental or consequential damages.
• This guarantee does not cover shipping or handling costs associated with returning or replacing the product.

How to Make a Claim:

To make a claim under this guarantee, contact us with:

1. Proof of purchase (e.g., receipt or order confirmation).
2. A description of the issue, including photos.

We reserve the right to inspect the product before honouring any claim. This guarantee does not affect your statutory rights.
