That being said, we always welcome feedback from our customers, and because of this said feedback, we have recently made several key improvements to the Brizebox design that not only enhance the security of our product, but also make your Brizebox easier to install and even more weatherproof!

One of the most important changes we have made to the Brizebox design is making the parcel box even more tamper-proof and secure.
We have added a new locking bar to the internal drawer across the entire Brizebox range to secure our parcel boxes further. This additional locking mechanism works alongside our existing security features to create another layer of protection that prevents any attempts to force the drawer open from the outside.
There is no need to worry about this improvement adding more complexity for you or your delivery drivers; it’s a completely seamless addition to the overall Brizebox product and does not add extra steps to the parcel deposit process.
Previously, our Brizebox range had two pre-drilled fixing holes that we located behind the drawer. Because of this, customers who were installing their parcel box had to remove the door and reach awkwardly inside the box.
We have made the installation process easier for our customers by making the drawer inside our parcel boxes removable. By doing this, we have made the installation experience much quicker, cleaner and far less fiddly.
Another area where we’ve made significant improvements is weatherproofing – because your parcels need to stay bone dry no matter what the British weather decides to do.
After investigating customer feedback and running extensive weather tests, we’ve updated the bottom section of the Brizebox with raised internal edges that create a proper water barrier. These raised edges work like a mini dam system, directing any water away from your parcels even during those heavy downpours we’re all too familiar with.
What makes this improvement so effective is how the raised edges create a protective lip around the internal base. Even if water manages to get past the door during extreme weather conditions, it hits these raised edges and gets redirected away from where your parcels sit. It’s a simple but brilliant solution that came directly from customers who’d experienced issues during particularly wet spells.
The result? A parcel box that’s genuinely weatherproof and continues to protect your deliveries, whatever the British weather throws at it. Your packages stay completely dry, whether it’s a light drizzle or one of those biblical downpours that seem to last for days. Because let’s face it, nobody wants to open their Brizebox to find their important delivery has turned into a soggy mess.
