PLEASE NOTE: Our guarantee has changed from 2 years to 3 years on 23rd January 2025 for new orders. Any boxes purchased before this date will remain covered by the 2 year guarantee as stated at the time of purchase.

We guarantee your Brizebox will be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 3 years from the date of purchase.


If a defect is found within this period, we will repair or replace the affected part or product at our discretion, provided the issue falls within the terms of this guarantee.
